All orders placed through this website are subject to availability and acceptance.
Order Confirmation
We will confirm your order once payment is successful. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including inventory shortage, address issues, payment risks or policy violations.
Manufacturing Defect Warranty
If you receive a product with a clear manufacturing defect, we assist with replacement as per our Return Policy guidelines. Normal wear, usage marks, handling damage or size issues are not covered under this clause.
Refunds & Returns
We follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy for all returns and exchanges.
We issue Store Credit only for all approved refunds.
Store Credit from Footwear Empiree never expires.
