At Footwear Empiree, we focus on quality and customer satisfaction. We sell premium footwear and ship internationally. This policy explains how cancellation, returns, exchanges and refunds work.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, if we have not shipped it yet. Once the order shows Dispatched or Shipped, cancellation is not possible.
To request cancellation, email us at support@footwearempiree.com along with your Order ID.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be confident with your purchase. If the size does not feel right or you want to exchange your product, you can request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery.

Please ensure the product remains unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and in its original box with tags attached. We do not accept used or tampered items.

Shipping for Returns

You will need to ship the product back to us for any return. You will also need to pay for the return shipping cost. Please ship through any nearest courier service for faster processing.

Store Credit Refunds

We only offer Store Credit for all approved returns. We do not issue cash refunds.
Store Credit from Footwear Empiree has no expiry. You can use it anytime on any future purchase.

Exchange Policy

Yes, we offer Exchanges. We will send the replacement product after we receive and inspect the returned item. Exchange depends on stock availability.

Exchange accepted only if the wrong size is delivered. If the correct size is shipped, returns won’t be accepted. For voluntary exchanges, delivery cost is borne by the customer. Please confirm your size before ordering.

COD Orders

For COD orders, we issue Store Credit only. If we approve a refund due to inventory issues, we will send the amount through Bank Transfer or UPI.

International Orders

We ship globally. We offer Exchange or Store Credit for International orders as well.
However, all international duties, customs, and return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

Processing Time

Once we receive the product, we complete quality check within 2-3 working days.
We process Exchange dispatch or Store Credit within 5-7 working days after the inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not allow returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom made / Special Edition footwear
  • Discounted or sale products
  • Orders placed with gift cards or vouchers

Shipping Partner

We ship orders through iThink Logistics aggregator and their global courier partners.
